This recipe is from Kraft Foods which is why the ingredients call for brand specific items but obviously you can use whatever brand you want. I just made this tonight and it was very good. The only change I made was to do a total of 6 soft taco shells (corn tortillas) instead of the 12 it suggests which would make 3 in each layer.

Caribbean Taco Salad
January 25, 2007, 1:19 pm
This taco salad has the best mango salsa and it is easy to make too! This is also a Jennie-O Turkey recipe. If you dont want to make your own taco shells just buy premade ones. I think I used regular salad lettuce instead of the spinach leaves. Either way would be good.
